Non di solo antibiotico muore l’Helicobacter: smontiamo le bugie.
In tutto il mondo, l’Helicobacter pylori (HP) è considerato il principale agente eziologico dell’ulcera peptica e del carcinoma gastrico.
Si suppone che circa il 50% della popolazione mondiale ne è infetto.
Ma solo in una piccola percentuale di casi (10%) parliamo dell’HP “cattivo”.
Sono stati riportati numerosi studi farmacologici per l’eradicazione dell’HP tra cui inibitori della pompa protonica (IPP) antibiotici, sali di bismuto, anti-H2 (farmaci antiacidi come ranitidina, cimetidina e famotidina).
Tutti protocolli, tutte “terapie standard”.
Ma le terapie per l’eradicazione sembrano aver fallito a causa di molte ragioni.
Tra cui la resistenza acquisita contro gli antibiotici.
Ma andiamo per gradi.
La terapia farmacologica infatti si basa su ALMENO DUE ANTIBIOTICI combinati con una doppia dose di inibitore della pompa protonica (IPP).
Il problema principale della terapia di eradicazione è la resistenza crescente di HP agli antibiotici più comunemente usati.
Di conseguenza, alcuni pazienti sottoposti a molti di queste “terapie standard” presentano un fallimento terapeutico.
Inoltre, queste terapie includono l’assunzione di troppi farmaci che potrebbero causare effetti collaterali che – insieme a costi significativi per il trattamento – che principalmente sono gastrointestinali (diarrea, nausea e disturbi del gusto) e spesso portano alla sospensione del trattamento.
...Perché quando si è piegati in due dal dolore, pure un Santo interromperebbe il trattamento…
A peggiorare la cosa, nessun MEDICO ONESTO potrà mai dire che quei DUE (ALMENO) ANTIBIOTICI sono ultra-selettivi per HP e che agiscono solo sull’HP.
Quindi, è CERTIFICATO SCIENTIFICAMENTE che il trattamento antibiotico HP a lungo termine determina una modifica qualitativa e quantitativa della flora intestinale (disbiosi) e determina la selezione di ceppi antibiotico-resistenti di HP e di altri batteri intestinali.
In più, non c’è antibiotico che non “migliori la colonizzazione del tratto gastrointestinale” da parte dei funghi (Candida) e che non possa portare a una grave infezione da Clostridium difficile.
Chi questo lo nega TI STA MENTENDO.
Giacché SIBO e SIFO (rispettivamente sovracrescita batterica e fungina del piccolo intestino) sono effetti collaterali NOTI E PREVEDIBILI dell’assunzione del “castroprotettore” (IPP).
Adesso… ad essere totalmente onesti… l’HP accompagna l’uomo da almeno 58.000 anni, se non 100.000.
Sempre più dati indicano che la colonizzazione batterica da HP (nonché le conseguenze negative a lungo termine) possono anche aver fornito alcuni benefici all’ospite.
QUALI BENEFICI TI CHIEDERAI?
… Visto che nessuno te lo ha mai detto, permettimi di rivelarti un segreto…
È noto che l’infezione da HP mitiga il decorso dell’infezione con altri patogeni intestinali più virulenti (ad es. Vibrio cholerae) e può proteggere dalle infezioni gastrointestinali diarroiche nei bambini.
Studi scientifici sulla popolazione infetta da HP mostrano riduzione della prevalenza dell’asma atopica e altre malattie atopiche (come la dermatite).
Nonché la riduzione della celiachia, della sindrome dell’intestino irritabile (IBS), nella malattia da reflusso gastroesofageo e nella frequenza dell’adenocarcinoma esofageo.
Detto in poche parole: l’Helicobacter Pylori ci protegge da tante malattie…
E ci dovremmo domandare se l’aumento delle allergie dei nostri figli, o della celiachia e della gluten sensitivity non sia dovuto alla scomparsa dell’HP dalle madri – giacché PER ANNI abbiamo sparato, forse, al soggetto sbagliato e forse usando bombe TROPPO atomiche.
Senza misurare gli effetti a medio lungo termine.
Che oggi abbiamo misurato.
Anzi, sono notizie che sappiamo dal 1995…
Comunque, alla ricerca di nuove terapie anti- HP abbiamo guardato al passato, nel campo delle piante terapeutiche.
Fitoterapici per la cura della Sovracrescita dell’Helicobacter Pylori
Numerosi studi sono stati condotti su un gran numero di varietà vegetali, che esibiscono le proprie azioni anti-HP attraverso diversi meccanismi: effetti antisecretori o curativi, antiossidanti e antinfiammatori.
Le piante con attività anti-HP (sono numerose!) sono composte da vari fitocomposti, come alcaloidi, flavonoidi, saponine, terpeni e polisaccaridi, responsabili dell’attività antimicrobica.
Un esempio?
Gli estratti di Borragine, Prezzemolo e Curcuma, e l’estratto acquoso di radice di Liquirizia, sono in grado di ridurre l’adesione di HP alla mucosa gastrica.
L’ inibizione di HP con terapie antibiotiche ha una limitazione principalmente a causa della resistenza agli antibiotici.
E agli effetti collaterali
Le erbe medicinali offrono un’altra opportunità per inibire l’HP.
E alcune potrebbero anche fornire un approccio efficace per ridurre il rischio di cancro allo stomaco.
Ma fintanto che CREDI ALLE BUGIE CHE TI DICONO e ascolti il DOGMA per cui l’unico HP buono è quello morto… e ti fai riempire di ANTIBIOTICI INUTILMENTE … gli effetti collaterali sono certi e non belli.
Perché sono uno che crede che DEVI SAPERE LA VERITÀ e avere le informazioni giuste per poter fare una SCELTA.

Meccanismi di piante medicinali come anti-H.pylori
Molti prodotti naturali hanno potenziali anti-H. pylori. I meccanismi di tali potenziali includono l’inibizione dell’ureasi, il danno al DNA, l’inibizione della sintesi proteica e gli effetti antinfiammatori. Oltre agli effetti anti-H. pylori dovuti ad alcuni enzimi come la diidrofolato reduttasi e la mieloperossidasi N- acetiltransferasi.
Inibizione dell’urea
Il potente effetto del resveratrolo come anti- H. pylori è dovuto principalmente all’inibizione dell’ureasi [ 4 ]. L’azione anti- H. pylori delle radici di Paeonia lactiflora è dovuta all’idrofobicità del 1,2,3,4,6-penta- O -galloil-β- d- glucopiranosio che facilita il legame alle membrane portando alla perdita dell’integrità della membrana così come l’inibizione dell’ureasi [ 5 ]. È stato riportato che sia la frazione CHCl 3 che l’estratto EtOH della corteccia del gambo di Calophyllum brasiliense riducono l’ attività dell’H. Pylori e dell’ureasi nei ratti Wistar, come confermato dall’istopatologia [ 6]. Il meccanismo d’azione dell’estratto acquoso di mirtillo rosso e origano può essere dovuto all’inibizione della prolina deidrogenasi e dell’attività dell’ureasi [ 7 ]. Sia gli estratti di Calotropis procera che di Acacia nilotica inibiscono l’attività dell’ureasi attraverso meccanismi competitivi [ 8 ].
Lo stress ossidativo
Il 2-metossi-1,4-naftochinone mostra una forte azione anti H. pylori . Il 2-metossi-1,4-naftochinone è metabolizzato nella membrana di H. pylori dai flavoenzimi e produce un’elevata quantità di radicali liberi che possono danneggiare le macromolecole cellulari e portare alla morte di H. pylori [ 9 ].
Attività antiaderente
Si è scoperto che gli estratti di acqua di borragine, prezzemolo e curcuma sono in grado di diminuire l’adesione di H. pylori [ 10 ]. L’estratto acquoso di Liquoriceroot e i polisaccaridi mostrano una forte attività antiadesiva delle aliquote di mucosa gastrica umana con H. pylori marcato con fluorescenza [ 11 ]. L’ estratto di radice di Pelargonium sidoides mostra attività antiadesiva [ 12 ]. Si trova anche che il diterpene Plaunotol, isolato dalle foglie di plau-noi, inibisce l’adesione di H. pylori così come l’inibizione della secrezione di IL-8 [ 13 ]
Relazione attività struttura
Le piante con attività anti H. Pylori sono costituite da vari fitocomposti, come alcaloidi, flavonoidi, saponine, terpeni e polisaccaridi, responsabili dell’attività antimicrobica (Fig. 2) sono discussi all’interno di questa recensione in Tavolo 2.
